What is the process if I want a technician to connect in and work on my PC? -
Please contact us via our contact form so we can schedule your service accordingly. Once we've schedule your service day and time we'll call in and work with you to gain remote access to your computer. Once connected we'll work to resolve the issues. Your presence at the computer is not required but if you want to stay and watch by all means! ;)
How do I pay for services rendered? -
After we've completed your service request and closed out your service ticket we'll send you an invoice via Paypal. All work is guaranteed 100%. If you're not 100% satisfied with the services that were performed then you don't pay.
