Nathan is responsible for the creation, development, and strategic direction of Unique Solutions initiatives. He leads Unique Solutions efforts in enhancing its nationwide presence utilizing the latest and greatest advancements that technology has to offer today.

With over 28 years of experience, Mr. Clark has formed a company that reflects his personal devotion to going beyond a clients computer consultant to their Information Technology Partner. The foundation for this business model and the success of Unique Solutions is grounded in the delivery of customized, responsive, and quality service that enhances client productivity and profitability.

Nathan combines his organizational, creative, and people skills to manage and develop long term business initiatives and to establish important client relationships. He also works closely with partners, helping to drive strategic Managed IT Services and technology solutions, while ensuring quality and satisfaction.

Before Unique Solutions Nathan held the position of Chief Executive Officer for Online Systems, Inc. an Internet Service Provider serving Southern California with dial-up Internet Access and Web Hosting. After that Nathan was the Director of Information Technology for Datatronics Romoland, Inc. a medium sized manufacturing company that designs and builds custom magnetic products for a wide range of verticals including Government, Medical, Military, and Aero-Space industries.

Jodie is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of Unique Solutions.

She is responsible for the development, design, operation, and improvement of the systems that create and deliver the firm's products/services. Jodie is responsible for ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective and that proper management of resources, distribution of goods and services to customers, and analysis of queue systems is done.

Jodie has an extensive knowledge of the business & industry, understanding modern management theories, and employing process/quality improvement techniques.
